Goods will be despatched upon clearance of payment. Internet transactions will be despatched next day whenever possible.
Should items be required for a special occasion please advise with order for early delivery. All items despatched under plain cover by Royal Mail. Larger orders despatched by carrier.

UK: under £30- £2.95 Royal Mail 1st.class
£30 or over - FREE OF CHARGE
EUROPE: under £40- £6.95
£40 or over - £8.95
USA/CANADA/JAPAN under £60- £7.95
£60 or over - £9.95
Exchanges will only be made on a like for like basis.
All exchange goods must be returned in their original condition together with the Invoice, reason for return and original packaging; and should be returned to XesYork.com to the address below.

XesYork.com reserves the right to alter or amend products and prices at any time without notice. XesYork.com are not liable for any delay or failure to fulfil any order due to events beyond their control. The Laws of England shall apply to this Agreement irrespective of the place of delivery.

AVAILABILITY
All orders are subject to availability but in the event of goods being temporarily out of stock advice will be sent and goods despatched as soon as available up to 30 days unless you prefer to cancel the order by telephone or email.
EXCHANGES
Items may be exchanged if returned within 10 days of invoice date. Please keep a record of posting. Items damaged in transit or faulty due to manufacture should be returned within 5 days. When returning goods postage cannot be refunded unless the item is faulty. Please contact the shop before returning faulty items.
